London’s Selfridges to benefit from Florence Welch’s creativity

Selfridges is tapping into the creative talents of Florence + The Machine lead singer Florence Welch to create a new window display for the London store.

Her visual interpretation of Cosmic Love can be seen by guests at London hotels from May onwards at the shop.

Welch is one of a list of performers that are involved in the project and she has claimed that her aim was to show "what a song would look like instead of hearing it".

Among the other artists involved in the Sounds of the Mind project are The XX, Marina and the Diamonds, Paloma Faith, Empire of the Sun, Hot Chip and Dizzee Rascal, who chose to produce a representation of his Bonkers hit.

"The concept behind this is crazy. I want people to be blown away, to see how creative we can be visually with my music," explained Dizzee Rascal.

If anyone is in London could you please post us an image of Flo's display.
