Florence + The Machine slot is at 16:00-16:10 on the main stage. The whole event is being aired on Channel 4 from 15:00 onwards.

You've been bugging us for weeks to reveal more acts for T4's Stars of 2009 and at last we announce the following.... Florence and the Machine, Paloma Faith, Ke$ha and Example. Boom!
